What is a Property Manager?

In Paxsoft there are four types of user, in this context. There are users, receptionists, property managers and system administrators. It may well be that you are a system administrator, setting Paxsoft up for the first time, in which case you will be all of these things to start off with. If not, then the system will have been set up on your behalf and you are tasked with configuring your property to take bookings online.

A Property Manager's main roles are to manage the content of your property (eg. property description) and to manage pricing of various items that can be offered to prospective guests of your business. 

Functionality Available to a Property Manager.

Property Managers have access to all the functionality of a receptionist and additionally are able to manage pricing, features and content of the site. Your system administrator will have assigned Property Manager rights to you and shown you how to access Paxsoft (if applicable). 

If you are logged into the Joomla server as a property manager, whenever you visit the Paxsoft functionality of the server you will automatically be shown the Property Manager's tool bar. This consists of 3 rows of links.
