View Booking
From here you can view the details of a booking. You also have access to several functions:
Cancel the booking. If the guest is already marked as booked in, then you will be able to book them out instead.
If the deposit isn't marked as paid then the Enter Deposit button will be visible.
They will be able to Add a service to a bill.
Click the printer icon to popup a printable confirmation of booking page.
As of 2.7 the notes plugin has been incorporated into the main system so you can now add notes to a booking. This was required as the Wiseprice plugin was also incorporated into the core system and it was a requirement to add a note to the booking so that any discount applied to the booking by the booking engine would be logged. The image on this page shows an automatically added note to indicated that Wiseprice has adjusted the base price of the room.
