Receptionist Functions

The top row consists of a drop down option that the receptionist can use to change their active property. Next to that is a second dropdown that carries initials of all the property names that the person has access to, so if they have a long list they can easily skip to a particular first letter. Next is an input box that the receptionist can use to search for a booking, and finally is the number of times that property's details have been viewed.

The next row is the receptionist's options. From left to right:

1. Dashboard

2. Preview property

3. New booking

4. List all bookings

5. List new bookings (bookings where the deposit isn't marked as paid)

6. Book a guest in.

7. Book a guest out.

8. Guest administration.

* note that the booking guest in and out functionality is very limited. Paxsoft doesn't try to replace a full property management system.These functions are here for your convenience.
